My Family
Hello, my name is Macrina Cardenas I am from a little town in Michoacan Mexico, named after the “possessor of fish, and "place of the fishermen." It is known for their hospitality and of course fish! It has a stretch of coastline on the Pacific Ocean to the southwest.
I moved to the United States when I was 20 years old. I graduated from Albert Lowry High School, by saying I was 17 years old when I came here. I love learning!
I have been married for 20 years, and we have three amazing children. My husband works for Halliburton and loves soccer! Our oldest boy loves to play and ref soccer. (I wonder where that came from?) Our middle boy loves all sports, especially cross country and soccer. Our youngest daughter loves volleyball.
We are a sports family!
I love being out in nature and enjoying the outdoors. In my spare time, I love to create my recipes; I love art; painting and macro may.
I chose to become a massage therapist because I enjoy the opportunity to serve. I want each client to leave feeling rejuvenated and relieved from any pain.

Medical Massage Therapy: is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s) the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment. It is also known as clinical massage or treatment massage.
Investment: $45 per 15 minutes.
Nepali Massage Therapy: A Touch of Nepal Himalayan Healer Massage. A Touch of Nepal… ... A Touch of Nepal… along with learning a variety of Western massage techniques Sudarshana also trained in the Nepali Ayurvedic massage, a complex and unique form of massage that involves pressure points, herb-infused oil, and smooth circular strokes.
Investment: $90 per 90 minutes
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
Investment: $60 per 60 minutes
Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. Treatment effects are enhanced when the patient is fully relaxed and breathing deeply.

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

After having a terrible accident on some black ice 2 years ago, I had injured my sacrum my whole lower back was in severe pain.
Prior to the accident, a hand specialist recommended that I should have carpal tunnel surgery but that was out of the question. After being recommended by a friend to seek some medical massage therapy with Macrina godliness, I contacted her right away and she was very pleasant to speak with as I shared my situation. The atmosphere of the room was very calming and comfortable, the techniques she used on me were successful after my second treatment. I noticed a big difference on the circulation of my hand and of my lower back, I do continue to go now once a month. I Debbie Miller am truly grateful that Macrina was able to treat my medical condition and most of all not having to have surgery.
